Utah. Zion, 1932
Zion Canyon National Park is located near Springdale, Utah. In 1909 President Taft designated the area a national monument to protect the canyon under the name of Mukuntuweap National Monument. In 1918, the name was changed to Zion, and in 1919 the monument became a National Park. 16mm film shot by D.J. Angus while on a trip in 1932. [4:50]
