The Kilns, C.S. Lewis House
Black and white photograph of the Lewis Family Wardrobe located in writer C. S. Lewis's home, known as The Kilns, located in Risinghurst, Oxford, England, and infamously known as the location where Lewis wrote all of his "The Chronicles of Narnia" books and other classics. The wardrobe was handmade by C.S. Lewis's paternal grandfather, Richard Lewis, in the 1800's and served as inspiration from his childhood for his Narnia books. Scanned from the negative.
