In the photograph, the group is seen holding a large sign that reads, "Religious Groups," in addition to other signs that read, "God Walks With Us" and "Stop the War Now!" The peace rally took place as a part of the "Spring Mobilization to End the War in Vietnam" and assembled in Central Park before marching to the United Nations Headquarters building in Manhattan.
