Experiment being performed on Oak Ridge Radioisotope Mobile Laboratory during visit at Grand Valley
Student experiments on the Oak Ridge Radioisotope Mobile Laboratory during its visit to Grand Valley. "This new mobile radioisotope laboratory, designed by Oak Ridge Associated Universities, provides faculty members and advanced science majors at undergraduate institutions the opportunity for specialized training in the techniques and applications of radioisotopes. Built at a cost of $75,000, the unit has a counting room and chemistry laboratory, office space, two air conditioning and heating systems, its own water supply and waste retention tanks, and a storage locker for radioisotopes." October 1969.
