The gravestone on the left of the frame reads: "Here lyes Buried y Body of Mr. Jacob Parker Who Departed this life Octo.br 31st 1694 Aged 42 Years." The gravestone on the right of the frame reads: "Here lyes Buried y Body of Mrs. Joanna Stearns Wife to Cap John Stearns (Former Wife to Mr. Jacob Parker) Who Died Decembr 4th 1737 in y 79th Year of her Age."
