Groundbreaking. This video shows the groundbreaking ceremony on August 28, 1962. The video is in black and white, including overlaid images and newspapers. The clip shows President James Zumberge at the podium as he announces the groundbreaking. The dynamite charge intended to serve as the groundbreaking does not go off as planned.
