Virginia Esposito (Ginny) is the Founding President of the National Center for Family Philanthropy. She discusses her early life, education, and work as teacher and administrator at the Council on Foundations, and CEO of the National Center for Family Philanthropy. She also discusses meeting inspiring international leaders, experiences with her mentor Paul Ylvisaker, the origins and development of the National Center, regional associations of grantmakers, and the Grand Rapids philanthropic community.
